BSJs Make Happy Babies

There are going to be a lot of warm, well-dressed babies around when the weather cools off. Here is a plethora of Baby Surprise Jackets (BSJs)!

The latest Baby Surprise Jacket by Lynda, BSJ specialist and class teacher. 75g of variegated Austermann Merano Lace made this jacket, and the buttons are by Funktifyd, right here in Powell River and available at the store.

And now some photos from Lynda's 'BSJ' Class wrap up day. Well done, class! Lynda is ready and willing to do another BSJ Workshop---just say the word!

Ruth's finished jacket, made with Sirdar Baby Crofter -- another summery looking garment. And soft!

Not a BSJ but Ruth made this in her spare time (while working on the BSJ) - Sirdar Snuggly Pearls DK - very cute!

Fil made this soft and cuddly BSJ with Sirdar Summer Stripes, cotton/acrylic.  We had fun picking out the buttons, and decided on little purple hearts.

Mary's gorgeous all-Canadian winter coat - BSJ with a variety of yarns from GBOW.

Lynda's teaching BSJ model - Odin, Superwash 100%, Heavy Worsted Weight. More Funktifyd buttons.
